KCY-2YK Underground Remote-Control Load-Haul-Dump(LHD)

Introduction

KCY-2YK underground remote-control LHD is the newly developed underground trackless ore drawing equipment, which adopts Cummins low-pollution EFI engine, DANA torque converter gear-box, KESSLER front and rear driving axle, HBC digital remote control device, MICO hydraulic valve and other imported key components to ensure the excellent operation performance and reliability of the complete machine.

Application

The KCY-2YK underground remote-control LHD is applicable for the ore removal for underground metal ore and the slag removal for tunnel excavation. It is also suitable for the remote control under hazardous underground condition to ensure the safety of operator. The width of the tunnel cross section shall be no less than 3m, and the height shall be no less than 2.5m.

Equipment performance: The equipment is developed especially for the underground tunnel in China, with reliable structure and good performance, and can replace the similar imported equipment.

Working mechanism: Six-bar linkage in positive direction with simple structure and big digging force.

Motor: The QSB4.5 EFI water-cooled turbocharged engine is produced by Cummins in the United States . The rated power is 97 kw. This engine is equipped with Canada ESC platinum dry purification device, which has good fuel economy and strong power, and the exhaust emission can reach EURO-III standard to further reduce the exhaust pollution down the pit.

Torque converter: The American DANA C272 series torque converters are adopted with reliable quality, high transmission efficiency and low fault rate, which is applicable for poor working conditions under the pit.

Gear box: The American DANA 32000 series automatic transmission gearbox is adopted to allow automatic gear-shift according to working load, which makes operation simple by cancelling shift handle.

Drive axle: The German Kessler D81 series driving axle is adopted to make vehicle has good trafficability, which is equipped with anti-slipping differential device.

Brake: The international advanced Posi-Stop full enclosed multi-disk wet brake combined with forced cooling can realize the service brake, parking brake and emergency brake, which can simplify the brake hydraulic circuits and improve the brake reliability and safety.

Hydraulic system: The hydraulic pump, multiway valve and priority valve are the products from American Parker, and the brake system hydraulic components adopts prefill valve and brake valve from American Mico Company to ensure the reliability of hydraulic system.

Remote control system: German HBC digital remote control system is adopted, with the multiple protection functions such as code correction, automatic frequency management and automatic shutdown protection, etc, which has strong anti-interference capacity to ensure security of operation.
